Where do I pick up the equipment?
Stragite 2, Bansko, 100 m from the gondola. Open daily 08:00–18:00, 1 Dec – 30 Apr.
Do I pay in advance? Can I cancel?
No prepayment: pay at pickup (10% off) or online (15% off). Free cancellation up to 7 days before.
How do I get the right size?
After booking, send everyone’s height, weight and shoe size – we set up the skis before you arrive.
