Where do I pick up?
Avantgarde Ski, Stragite 2, Bansko – 100 m from the gondola. Open 08:00–18:00 every day in season.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before your rental starts. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded; if we or the ski school cancel, you get your money back.
Pay now or at pickup?
No prepayment needed: book online and pay when you pick up, and save 10%. Or pay online – in full or a 20% deposit – and save 15%.
Do you have a group offer?
Yes: from 8 people in one booking, the organiser’s set is free – the most expensive one. It comes on top of the online discount and the family package. Book everyone together; the booking form has a button to send the price to your group on WhatsApp.
How do I save time at the shop?
After booking you get a link to add everyone’s height, weight and shoe size, so your skis are set up before you arrive.
Which languages do you speak?
Our instructors teach in Bulgarian, English and Russian, and some Greek.
